• Water: Use plain filtered or spring water with an abundance in oxygen. Do not re-use already boiled water for the taste may appear flat.
• Temperature: Full boil. Anywhere between 203-212 Degrees Fahrenheit.
• Quantity of tea leaves: 3 grams per 315 ml of water, or one teaspoonful per each 8 oz cup of tea.
• Steeping Time: Steeping time for this tea is 3 minutes, time it! Try to not steep more than this because it tends to get tannic. You can experiment steeping a bit longer.
